What Causes Lower Back Pain And Swollen Lymph Node Under Chin?
Over the past three nights I have developed a slight pain in my lower back (right side) It's not too painful, but wakes me up and keeps me up for a while. About two weeks ago, i developed a swollen lymph node under my chin on the right side only. No pain, but its still there. The dr. says it is just swollen and there's nothing to worry about.

Lymph node in neck may be
Due to infection in spine like
Tuberculosis.
I think it is Better to do Mri of spine and fnac from
lymph node.
