What Causes Lower Back Pain?
hi i am a 20 year old girl. I am suffering from lower back pain, it started 2 days ago and was hurting my right groin sending shooting pains down my leg but now it has moved to round my lower back. It is also swollen to look at and the pain is increasingly worse, iv never felt a pain like it. Can you help thanks

I had gone through the case and found that it might be muscle spasm or slip disc.
So go for MRI of spine and aftet report take proper treatment.
Meanwhile take rest and mild painkiller with apply muscle relaxant gel.
Avoid lift heavy weight and bending forward.
