What Causes Lower Back Pain, abdominal Pain And Nausea?
I had a complete hysterectomy on Feb 22nd due to early cervical cancer and suspected endometriosis that ended up being adenomyosis. For some reason he left my ovaries in (because he said they looked good) though that hadn't been the plan. Now he's put me on birth control to keep my ovaries from functioning as I am now having horrible lower back pain that radiates to my thighs and occasional groin pain. I also have been running a low fever for the last two weeks and have bouts of nausea along with the occasional sharp stabbing pain in my lower left abdomen. I felt wonderful after the hysterectomy until two weeks ago. I didn't require pain meds of any kind! It had been such a relief. I've been on the ring for 1 week now. For the first three days my other pain subsided while I experienced a "menstrual migraine" and then it returned as the migraine ebbed. I don't understand what's happening to me. Any ideas would be appreciated. I have a follow up with this doctor tomorrow and an appointment for a second opinion on the 31st. I'm hoping a fresh set of eyes will help find resolution.
