What Causes Lower Stomach Pain, Bloating And Pelvic Pain?

I am 20 yrs old about 5'4 and weigh 112 ive been having lower back pain bloating in my stomach and pelvic pain, when i eat, right after im done i start getting a burning feeling in my stomach then im hungry again. if i dont eat i get light headed and feel like im going to throw up.

Hi thank you for querry.
As you mentioned your symptoms regarding bloating and backache if a patient came to me with such complaints i will go with proper history and physical examination
because age,pain site,specific time associated with food relieving or eggrevating factors are important along with clinical examination.
i will start syp.sucralfate 2tsf twice daily and cap omeprazole 20mg Before breakfast.
Tab.domperidone twice daily.
along woth H-pylori work up.
Reduce smoking,caffine and overeating especially at night time,
dont go for bed after eating wait atleast three hours.
For backache Tab.Baclofen 10mg along with parcetamol is effective.
