What Causes Lump At The Base Of Neck?

I found a small pea size bump under the skin at the base of my skull on my neck. It doesn t hurt or anything and hasn t changed size in a week. I work with my neck a lot and had a lot of stress and acne lately on my neck and right by the spot on the hair line.

If any relation ,its the anxiety from correlating the acne on your hairline is a cause of the lump at the base of your skull /on your neck.
This is a inflammatory response to filtered infective bacterias from your acne on the neck.Hence don't worry for Cancerous painless lump in the neck.

I would suggest for a Second opinion from your Gp or Surgeon who would be right doctor to treat your issues in the best possible way.
