What Causes Lump On Episiotomy Scar During Pregnancy?

HI I AM 24 WEEKS PREGNANT W/ MY 2ND BABY AND ABOUT 4 WEEK AGO I NOTICED THAT THE EPISIOTOMY SCAR WAS BOTHERING ME AND NOW i HAVE A RED LUMP THE SIZE OF A GRAPE ON THE SCAR AND IT IS PAINFUL. WHAT CAN IT BE???
