What Causes Lung Metastases When Suffering From Pneumonia And Bronchitis?

I had breast cancer , I had ILC with 7 out of 11 lymph nodes positive. I am 4 years out, my questions I have recently had a bout with pneumonia and bronchitis, I want to note that I had the pneumonia vaccine after my round with chemo
& radiation. The dr. did not x-ray my lungs, I worry about lung mestases. Should I call my oncologist to get my lungs X-rayed, just to be safe?

If you recently had pneumonia and bronchitis, I would highly recommend getting at least a Chest X-ray done and consult you doctor. The reason is that pneumonia and bronchitis can reduce the immunity which can cause the cancerous cells to proliferate. I doubt lung metastasis but there's a possibility. So kindly consult your MD and get the routine work up done to rule out any abnormality.
