can we have period twice in a month? with an IUD?

ok so, i had my last period on march 16 2011 which lasted till the 21st of march, but then again i got my period again on 5th april 2011 so i decided to get my copper IUD taken of and i did take it of. but i still am having this heavy period, and today is the 8th of april



i want to know if this is my period and if i can start taking the pill from the fifth day once this is over or should i wait till april 15th?



i want to know if this period is like the regular period which i got so that i can continue my cycle, please help i beg u.. i really need help, coz due to my period issues my sexual life with my husband is getting shaky so please please please help me ! :(
