What Causes Milky Discharges From The Stitch After Breast Augmentation?

hi i just had breast augmentation on the 19th of april and all was well but sore but saturday i started leaking a milky dishcharge from my stitches not my nipple i immediateley seen my doctor the next morning he said out of the over 6000 breast jobs hes done i am the third...what could it possibly be? and could my milk duct be damage from implant and will never stop leaking?
