Hi,

In premenopausal possibility of conception is seen in few patients. In case HCG test for pregnancy is positive, it confirms pregnancy. While in USG, pregnancy can be seen when fetus is 5 weeks size, so it is very in early stages of pregnancy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
