Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You may be suffering from tinnitus. Possible causes for tinnitus is:
1. Hearing loss
2. Exposure to loud noise
3. Stress and anxiety
4. Ear Infections.
5. Ear Wax Build-up
4. Ménière's disease
5. Glue ear
6. Otosclerosis etc

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Get pure tone audiometry and tympanogram done, then get it treated accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu, Internal Medicine Specialist
