I am really sorry, that you are having such health issues....
I being a surgeon, we encounter so many such cases..
I read your question completely and have understood it well enough..
Post,
tonsillectomy these are expected complications to be frank..
It may happen due to...
1. Surgery
stress itself may precipitate the acidity
2. The drugs that they give, like antibiotics and pain killers are the most common reasons for this.
Do not worry..
I will suggest you the following things..
Please note..
1. Avoid tea or coffee and alcohol
2 Drink lots of water, around 4 litre a day
3. Try to stay calm.. Worries increase acid production.
4. Take Tablet Pan D, combination of
Pantoprazole 40mg and Domeperidone 10mg. Once a day before breakfast for about a week..
This will take care of your
Nausea,
vomiting..
5. Throat pain again is common and can be tackled with gargling.
Hope this helps you, in case you need further assistance please let me.
Take care and God bless..
