Hi,

A certain brand of pills can cause nausea and bloating especially during the first few weeks of usage.

Generally, it will settle in a couple of months; you can take Domeperidone for symptomatic relief.

If the symptoms are severe and you could not tolerate the pills, you can consult your doctor and ask for alternatives.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
