What Causes Night Sweats While On Medication For Blood Pressure/cholesterol?

My brother is 67 years old, he has been taking
testosteron injections for years...he is on pills
for high blood pressure and also a chlorestoral lowering. During this past week he has been waking up with night sweats, sheets wet etc. I got him to
go to the doctor's they have done blood test...any
idea as to why you might think it could be...I am
not ruling our Diabetes?

is there any fever if not possibility of infection is ruled out.
other possibility low blood sugars, is he on any sugar lowering drugs. get his sugar tested.
Also strong possibility of heart disease is there so get his ekg and stress test done.
Also do lipid profile
