What Causes Nose Bleeding With Tonsillectomy?
My daughter had a profuse nose bleed last night, after her tonsilectomy and adenoids were removed 3 1/2 weeks ago. She was told she could exercise and get back to her regular routines by her Dr. She began to do a few jumping jacks and her nose bled badly for 1.5 hours. What was the cause of t his?

this bleeding is unusual after 3 and half weeks.
bleeding can occur from nose post adenoidectomy.
but not after these many days .
there may be dryness of nose and child had rubbed the nose which had dry mucosa .
This rubbing could have lead to bleeding .
