What Causes Numbness In Body In Case Of Post Concussion Syndrome?
I have cost concussion syndrome and would like to know when I have to be worried and go back in. I have been to the er twice and the last time I was really dizzy. this time I am really dizzy and having pains all over my body. Mostly burning and others are pains in my organs like my heart or other things. I find I can not sleep with this and getting numb and burning feelings all over and mostly in my face is starting to worry me.
Your symptoms are quite normal after a head concussion, but they do not indicate any serious medical disorder. I would recommend checking your thyroid hormone levels and performing a routine check up every 6 months (resting ECG, chest X ray study, complete blood count, blood electrolytes). Consulting with a psychiatrist and trying an antidepressant would help improve your situation.
