What Causes Numbness In Forearm With Lack Of Sleep?

Hi .. I have had a very sleepless night with severe numbness in my left arm and pain in my forearm and wrist on the same hand as well as joints. no previous injury there. The numbness has been occurring for about a month with occasional numbness in the right hand as well. the last few hours have been the worse. I am a 45 year old male heavy set. this is a FARCE !!!!
