But reading your story tells me your have a serious underlying medical condition which requires urgent follow up. The fact that you have numbness in your hand which becomes cold and painful tell me you suffer from a condition of insufficient blood flow to your hand which can be caused by a medical condition called thromboembolism where a blood clot or some other substance such as an air bubble or a vegetative mass moves in your blood vessels and gets lodged in a small vessel blocking it and reducing blood flow to the organs supplied by the blood vessel. The fact that you fainted means this condition either reduces blood flow to your brain, or lungs or the heart.
