What Causes Numbness In My Arms After Sleeping?
My left arm feels like the circulation is being cut off. I have been noticing that I wake up with my arm asleep. During the day it feels like the circulation is being cut off and there is a constant tingle. I am overall pretty healthy. No known conditions and I take no medications. I am a 26 year old female. I am overweight but have been losing weight by eating healthy and exercising.
