What Causes Occasional Dull Aching Pain In The Area Where Mirena Is Installed ?

I had a Mirena installed 7 months ago, everything has been fine thusfar. Sneezed while laying on my side on Monday and got a stabbing pain in my lower abdominal area for about 3 seconds, now I get occasional dull aching pain in that area a few times a day since. curious if i should wait it out a few more days or call my ob/gyn
