Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It seems there is compression of nerves in your neck which is causing this pain. Please get your MRI scan of cervical spine done to know the exact cause, till than take over the counter painkillers, apply hot pack and diclofenac gel.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jaideep Gaver, Orthopedic Surgeon
