What Causes Pain And Discomfort At Middle Of Stomach?

i need to ask a question i have noticed pain and disconfort at the middle of my stomach annd goes up to my belly button but not passed it used to not go either left or right now its on the upper right side also my left leg got numb last week i dosuffer from clotting disorder what can this be

advice: ultrasound abdomen
take omerazole 40 mg before taking meal in morning.
avoid oily and spicy food.
