ENT has diagnosed with Meniere s. Periodically pressure builds in inner ear, tinnitus gets very loud, significant hearing loss, ear feels full, sometimes warm and aches. Then the vertigo takes place with nausea. After episodes, the ear returns to an almost normal state. What has occurred in the inner ear to relieve the pressure?
