What Causes Pain And Pressure Buildup In The Inner Ear?

ENT has diagnosed with Meniere s. Periodically pressure builds in inner ear, tinnitus gets very loud, significant hearing loss, ear feels full, sometimes warm and aches. Then the vertigo takes place with nausea. After episodes, the ear returns to an almost normal state. What has occurred in the inner ear to relieve the pressure?

Hello,

Some people with Ménière's disease find that certain events and situations, sometimes called triggers, can set off attacks.
These triggers include stress, overwork, fatigue, emotional distress, additional illnesses, pressure changes, certain foods, and too much salt in the diet.
