4 weekends ago i had Suède l y pain in m y calf muscles. I was on heels but i always wear heels . I did Blood tests everything is normal the Esr is 23 I also did a Doppler x Ray of the lcalfs all normal. I did an MRI scan that shows myosotis. The Myositis antibodies are all négative. I have been taking prednisolone 20mg thon tapered it to 10 then 5 this week.I was fine but Since yesterday I feel aching and tightness in the leg. I have finished the cluster today I am nervous the pain might come back.
As the medication, you are taking is good for controlling the pain and also for myosotis. The pain is arriving due to the weakness of the muscles and needs attention to have a sufficient amount of strength in it so the physiology can be maintained. Usually, in myosotis, there is inflammation of the muscles and needs a proper graded exercise plan which can help avoid the fatigue to set in faster and improve the overall physiology of the muscles.
I will advise taking exercise guidelines as a demo under a competitive neuro Physiotherapist so your bodily functions improve.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
