Hello. I am an 19 year old male and about a month and a half ago i began having pain near the end of my tailbone that was so painful i couldnt sit. I felt around and found that was a decent sized boil like growth on my tailbone, so i poked it with a sterilized needle and drained it. I de like to mention that the boil had manifested under the skin at an unusual depth. I thought that was the end of it but soon after (2 weeks) it developed into what feels like a hard growth under the skin with a red welt over it. i can still pinch it and drain a clear liquid from it, and sometimes what appears to be blood clots slip out. I ve been concerned it might be some sort of tumor or even cancer. Is this a common ailment? and should i consult a doctor for an xray or something else?
