What Causes Pain, Bloating And Gassy Stomach During Work Hours?

Hi i work in an idustrial factory that makes and paints tillage blades for farming companys like case hi john deere.

The parts are painted a long a converyer symstem painting is done asembly line system dunking them in a seperate concealed area and then into a furnance.

About 5hrs into a 12hr shift my stomach gets gassy.bloated.sharp pains then i have to go to toilet bowel movement stool looks strining.then after i have go again but nothing comes out just loud gas.if i eat at work at all it is worse.

When i go home first hr after leaving it hurts still pains in stomach bloating gas.but after i go sleep wake up pains gone.then next night im in work starts again on days off no symtoms at all im fine no problems at all.just happens when i work.

Im a 41yr old healthy male 6,2 230 lbs big muscular build.

May be your issue is due to exposure of some chemicals either in the paint or work environment .
I think you wear protective masks which will to a certian extent prevent exposure to chemicals .
Other things which needs to be discussed is your dietary habits
Whether you smoke , drink alcohol, use dairy products all needs to be known .
Please do an Ultrasound of the abdomen as well as a comprehensive stool exam and your metabolic profile
In the meanwhile take a probiotic daily
dont skip meals
stop all dairy products
eat a high fibre diet with lots of fruits and veggies.
grains to be soaked at least for 8 hours and then used .
all these measures will help with your stomach issues .
If you still have symptoms persisting then take an appointment with a Gastroenterologist for further evaluation.
