What Causes Pain In Arm, Chest And Throat?

iam having pain in chest left side and left arm from past 25 days and i have pain in my throat from past 5 days...
all tests have been done including chest x-ray, ecg and blood tests ( test for diabetes, cbc,tsh), everthing shows normal. i feel relieved or lesser constant pain if iam at full rest and if i start moving around and speaking more, pain gradually increases. plz suggest...

please check out for cervical spine problems like compression, or prolapse or spondylosis which may be more on the left side in your case.
or else it can be radiating muscular pain or costochondritis.
or severe gastritis
please visit a cardiologist to do AN ECHO-CARDIOGRAM,& STRESS TEST for a safer side to rule out for the cardiac problems
