I started having back pain about 3 days ago along with stomach

I really appreciate your concern, it is the nonspecific kind of symptom it could be due to muscular spasm but it is very less likely and it may not happen like that as you have stated here but it may be different than the usual one, you can wait for some time, or else you can try Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac once in a day.
