Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hi, I did review your concern. Your symptoms can be due to a spondyloarthropathy or a reactive joint disease. I would recommend you to consult a physician/rheumatologist for complete analysis of your condition. it would include your complete blood count, ESR, HLAB27 ,Xray local joint and other studies. Early diagnosis and treatment will help you in early recovery. meanwhile you can apply warmpacks/hotfomentation over your back where it is hurting.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more questions for me
Wish you a healthy life.
