What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Right Side Back?

Last month I had a very heavy period last way over the usual. I was 9 days late this month, spotted for first day then started bleeding very heavy-second day and back to regular. I have a pain on my lower right side along with a pain on lower right back side. Anything around my low part of my stomach bothers me and feels very uncomfortable. I feel my right side is a bit swollen.

There is nothing to worry about unusual appearance of swelling like symptoms.
Gas in abdomen can cause symptoms like swelling and abdomen pain .
I advice you to take medications to relieve Gaseous abdomen pain
