Hi, thank you for posting!

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

According to your symptoms, I think that you suffer from lumbar arthritis.

The diagnosis can be determined by the results of the following tests:
- Lumbar CT-scanner (computed tomography)
- Complete blood count
- Fibrinogen test
- ESR(erythrocytes sedimentation rate)
- Urine test

The treatment is made with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications, painkillers and chiropractic procedure.

You should contact your neurologist to discuss more about the diagnosis and treatment.

Feel free to ask for anything unclear.

All the best,
Dr. Behar.
