My inside a sore and tender.. at first i thought it was apendicitus because it started with an extremely severe pain in the middle of my stomach, then moved dow to the apendix area, bu it was less severe so i ruled that out. Over the past day it turned sore and tender on bothe sides of my stomach, level with the belly button.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood the concerns. Mild attack of appendicitis can present the same way or when the internal pressure in the appendix has been released. Hence I would advise you the following: Tests of blood, urine and stool, may be normal but does not rule out appendicitis or such mild inflammation. Hence it is very important to go for high resolution Ultrasound of the whole abdomen and CT scan if required. This way the cause can be found out or ruled out. If appendicitis or diverticulitis is present you can go for surgery to have permanent relief and thus have curative treatment. IF there is no such a problem a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics should help to get over the problem and also get the things as per the clinical evaluation and reports of investigations.
