What Causes Pain In Neck And Poppimg When Moving Head ?

Thought i had a really bad crick in my neck...but the pain has been ongoing now for a week....sometimes severe....nasds dull the pain....also when i turn my head from side to side i feel a popping in neck...can you give me a clue as to what it might be

BYou are having neck pain in specific movements, so possibility of cervical spine related problem is more.
So consult orthopedic doctor and get done clinical examination of cervical spine and MRI of cervical spine to rule out disease.
Spondylitis, osteoporosis, arthritis, Disc prolapse etc can cause similar kind of symptoms.
So don't wait at home. Consult orthopedic doctor immediately and diagnose what you are having.
