my name is radhika. i wanted to ask you about my mother. My mother age 50 pulse is a dvt patient actually last year in June there is an accident of my mother and dr. diagnosed as dvt . my question was that she takes asitrom tablets 5 or 8 dosse but his INR is 3.75 that 075 above last few days she complain for pain as well as his right hand Pam become bluesh and his vain little swell. I go for dr. and they give her vitamin K injection pls help me out what can i do for her my email id is YYYY@YYYY

she can have vit k until her new INR level is less than 3..you have to do her venous duplex on the upper limb to identify if there is a new event
