What Causes Pain In Right Side Of Body,heart Burn And Loss Of Appetite?

I am a female 41 i have been having right side pain around where the gallbladder lays. I have blood work and ultersound done and they say looks normal. i keep having main this has been going on for 2 weeks. Having heart burn symptoms as well. I have lost my appetite and when i do eat about 2 hours after i get the upset stomach.

Hi,

This is the symptom of right quadrant abdominal pain with heartburn, loss of appetite then it is most likely due to gastritis could be associated with infection.

Initially, such conditions need to be treated with Omeprazole once in a day with any antibiotic and best would be Amoxicillin, heavy meal, spicy food, fried food need to be avoided.

Medicine should be taken up to six weeks, with a seven-day course of antibiotic.
