What Causes Pain In Sacro Ileac Joint?

Dear Sir,

I am 30 years old having pain in my left SI joint from last 3 three years which is coming and going.

last two years nothing was observed in my MRI but now in the latest MRI i got TB in the left SI joint.which is likely and blood test were also normal.

Now i am on medication for the same but little pain is still there and my legs shake a lot when i climb stairs and my shoulders,my ankle is also started aching.

So please let me know if the bone is bvecoming white according to the MRI and i am getting pains in otherparts of the body is TB only or something else.

Regards,

Rishi
