What Causes Pain In Stomach And Shoulder?

Hi. I have been having pain in my stomach and sholder. I have been to the doctors and had 2 MRI scans. 2 CT Scans, 2 Ultra Sounds but they havent been able to find whats causing the problem. I have been to the hospital as the pain to get so bad. They have found a cysts on my splene, kidney and in my left lung but they dont know what the cause is or if its what is causing my pain

Hi.
Thanks for your elucidate history.
It appears that the cysts at multiple organs can cause such a pain.
The pain comes only when the pressure within the cysts rise.
This can be a part of the disease called polycystic disease.
Unfortunately there is no definite treatment by medicines, you may have to go for surgery if any of them become symptomatic and are suspected to be the cause of the pain.
