What Causes Pain In The Abdomen With Irritation At The Rectal Opening?

Hello Doctor, I feel stomach pain early morning ( feels like hungry). I also might have gas trouble. There is irritation also at rectal opening. I have bleeding problem for last 2 years but its not regular. It stops after 2`3 days. I am planning for Endoscopy. Please suggest

Your query being appreciated, abdomen pain with flatus formation could be due to dyspepsia of course it may have several causes but it is the common cause I gave it here, for the bleeding it could be due to hemorrhoid or fissure (Bleeding per rectum else you have not clearly mention the site of bleeding ) if the fissures or hemorrhoid are there then it may not need surgery hope this information helps.
