What Causes Pain In The Hip After Removal Of A Node From Groin?

I have recently been diagnosed with kikuchi-fujimoto disease. On 5/10 a node was removed from my left groin with no issues. 2 weeks later I feel a pain/tug in my left hip, days later it also brings pain. Not I'm bloated on the left side, north of where the node was removed and the pain is bearable but getting worse. CT scan done days ago doesn't show cause for my problems. Surgeon gave me Prednisone without knowing what he's really treating. And he came right out and said that to me. So....What is your suggestion for my next step? thx, shels
