What Causes Pain On Inside Of Knee And Numbness In Leg?
I had a injury to the oustide of my left ankle in december and know i am having pain on the inside of my left knee and the top part of my left leg feels a little numb can all of the relly be from and injury to the left ankle i went to a doctor he said it was call nerve entrapment and i was given shot in the ankle and outside to the knee i did not feel any pain for two days now the pain is coming back can the all realy be from an ankle injury or should we try something else

There are so many causes of knee pain like over weight,arthritis,bursitis,tendinitis,knee injury,anterior or medial cruciate ligament injury,strain or sprain.Apply ice pack 4 or 5 times a day.take ibuprofen for pain and swelling.avoid running and consult physiotherapist they do isometric exercises and strech quadriceps and hamstring muscle.
