I have some kind fo sore on my tongue. I've had a canker sore previously couple of years ago but this seems different. rather than being a closed sore, this is a small circular hole. its not a big hole but like a dent. its very painful if i touch it againt my teeth or when eating. any idea what it can be?
I would suggest you to get a checkup done by a Dentist, to see what the lesion actually, canker sores occur due to physical or chemical trauma apply hexigel oral ointment topically over the lesion, take multivitamin suplements, at home take lukewarm saline and antiseptic mouthwash rinses, maintain a good oral hygiene.
Take care!
