What Causes Painful Stomach Cramps After Putting Mirena Coil?

I have the mirena coil, I got it put in in November, and sometimes and I have no problems with it, although I can suffer from having thick discharge, the colour is sometimes brown and sometimes red. I used to suffer from painful stomachs cramps. I'm slightly concerned?

Since you haven't mentioned regarding your sex history
1. Infection in vagina can cause bleed itself or lead to dryness and cause bleeding.
2. Dryness – infection, improper foreplay, dehydration, age factor, hormonal imbalance.
3. Forceful sex.
4. Normal menstrual bleeding (you may have a early periods).
5. Benign or malignant polyp.
6. Foreign bodies due to unhygienic sex method, sex toys.
7. Bleeding disorders.
8. Eczema.
9. Deep penetration in few positions during sex.
