Hey I am female 5 feet 5 inch 26 years. Quite healthy weight 60 Kg. I have problem of severe palpitation & breathlessness after mild exercise for the last two weeks.No chest pain. No any other sign of any disease except occasional low backache. Have two children. HB is 12mg Rest of the test are normal Thanks
welcome to HCM.I have read your question and understand your concerns. Palpitations and breathlessness after exercise can occur in heart or lung problems but even if you have low stamina this symptoms can occur.so my advice is -
1.You should go for 2decho (sonography of heart) and holter monitoring(24 hrs ecg monitoring).You will definetely can confirm if you have any heart related issues.
2.Also ask your doc to do your chest xray and if neccessary lung function test. you should start brisk walking atleast for 40 min to boost your stamina.
3.Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits.your Hb levels are as such normal. thnk you.
