What Causes Palpitations And Numbness In The Arm?
Hello! Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM! Regarding your concern, I would explain that her symptoms seem to be related to cardiac arrhythmia. Coronary artery disease (myocardial ischemia can not be excluded either). For this reason, I would recommend bringing her to the ER for a careful physical exam and some tests: - a resting ECG and cardiac enzymes - a chest X ray study - complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation - kidney and liver function tests. Meanwhile, I recommend you to closely monitor her blood pressure values. Hope you will find this answer helpful! Wishing good health, Dr. Iliri
