When I was 25 years old I was in a car accident which followed with many x rays, MRI's bone scans etc. My doctor's at that time said no x rays except medical emergenices. I am now 41 and had a full x ray for my dental reconstruction and lost a whole patch of hair the next morning. Would there be a connection?
You might be suffering from alopecia areata. There are many causes of alopecia areata in which x ray exposure is one of them. It is the most common disorder causing patchy hair loss, if possible please send the photograph for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment.
