Hi I am 27 years old andam experiencing perineum pain that is very intense for 10-15 seconds. This pain is only brought on by landing on my feet from a jump or sneezing hard. So only sudden movements cause the problem. After 15 seconds the pain goes away as if it never happened.

Hai. This is due to increase im abdominal pressure compressing on the perineum, ,dueto sneezing, jumping etc.its nothing to worry. U can try with simple pain killers like ibuprofen to reduce if it is really bothering u,if it still persistent pls meet a general surgeon
