What Causes Persistent Pain Behind My Eyes?

A year and a half ago i noticed i was having pain behind my eye as if something was growing behind it and pushing it forward. I noticed more eye twiching in a blood vessel to the left of my eye. Eye doctor said he thought it was strain from working on the computer. I weighed 114 then. Now i weigh 99 lbs and havent changed my diet. About 7 weeks ago I had to stop exercising since i had a pain behind the eye that felt if something was about to explode and felt like I was having a heart attack. I went to a walk in clinic and also to a neurologist that had me do some blood work, MRI and eye tests. No glaucoma, no thryroid issues....he sent me on my way with migraine meds. I received the MRI and behind my left eye there is a mass. I went to the ER last night after feeling like i was have a heart attack again and they said they dont know how to read it and like the neurologist and walk in clinic doctor said "if the MRi report shows negative" then I should be ok. In the last week i feel like I have swelling building up in my brain and also something like a blood clot under my eye brow. The ER doctor said the problem is that I have no insurance and it will be hard to find anyone that will help me since I am a cash client. I am a single mother of three children with no help and I can not afford to let them down and die. What do I do?
