Pimple inside the nose is actually a folliculitis (common site to occur). This occurs as a result of infections from very common skin bacteria and it is present all the time on everyones skin. It starts causing infections when it grows in number or if there are any minor cuts on the skin. Standard antibiotics like amoxycilin can take care of this. But for long run: always maintain personal hygiene by regular hand washing, baths etc. You can also use topical creams like mupirocin for the treatment as well as prevention of folliculitis. It has to be used on inner side of nose, axillae and gential area (where this bacteria is predominantly present) for a period of 1 month.
