Yesterday I was giving oral to my partner, and he ejaculated on my face. I woke up in the morning with small pimples on my chin and cheeks and some on my neck, from where he came on me. They are small re spots that are dotted around like acne and itch slightly.I also went to sleep straight after and forgot to wash makeup, semen, of my face properly. Could this have caused the spots because of clogged up pores or is it possible I might have contracted something else? Allergic reaction? (also worried they might be scabies but no lines around my face yet).
