Hello,
Welcome to health care magic.
From your history and description, I feel that you could be having adult acne.
Adult acne could be associated with underlying hormonal disorders like polycystic ovarian disease. I suggest that you get a hormonal profile done.
You could apply a gel containing clindamycin in the morning and 2.5% benzoyl peroxide with adapelene combination at bedtime.
You could get salicylic acid peels done by a dermatologist.
If topicals alone do not help, you may need oral antibiotic like doxycycline or azithromycin.
Try to cut down stress levels.
Drink plenty of water and include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Avoid greasy cosmetics and opt for gel based ones.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
